Had our usual shop in m and s on Saturday afternoon when it is very busy. Successful trip for limes ginger and asparagus. We love the canned soups especially carrot and coriander and the chunky vegetable soups. Bread counter busy and our favourite boule looked a bit overdone so didn't buy one. Easy to use self service Machine meant we were soon paid and out of the shop quickly. So happy to have great quality goods available in Stone.

Very poor visit today. The staff were more interested in their own personel lives than serving people in the cafe, lots of costomers items ordered forgotten. Very slow service. However the lady clearing, and cleaning the tables was attentive.
I love shopping here and meeting for coffee. But am so annoyed that I got a parking ticket for 85 last Saturday. I was in the shop the whole time and was about fifteen minutes over. I met my brother and wife. We queued first time for twenty minutes, chatted then I queued another 25 minutes for coffee then queued again to pay for shopping. The staff in cafe were extremely slow with large queues waiting. Chatting far too long to each other. Then to get a parking charge is an insult. I would like a reply from the manager please. Very annoyed!;
Great m&s food hall. Always well stocked and has a good selection of products considering its size. There is a cafe as well which does good coffee and a cake and has seats outside facing the canal. Staff are always really friendly and helpful
