They were very quick to respond and make an appointment to visit us. Once the work was agreed they we’re on time and did a great job, we are really pleased with the floor, it looks like new. We would strongly recommend SFR and indeed already have. They did a great job for my neighbour as well.
Following several disastrous contractor visits to lay Portland stone flooring, we were left with an uneven finish, significant oxidation within the stone and adhesive marks across the surface. Subsequent restoration attempts by stonemasons failed to resolve the issues. Rick and his team have been knowledgeable, polite, responsive and thoroughly professional in their approach to resolve the issues; allowing the necessary time to work with the stone to achieve the desired outcome and offering their services to follow-up wherever necessary. Their persistence and desire to deliver a positive outcome to us as clients has been laudable - many firms are prone to simply trying to complete a job in the shortest time and failing to consider the customer's requirements. Rick and his team are a credit to their profession and are highly sought after because of their technical expertise and history of successful customer delivery.
