There was an initial miscommunication with regards to the trial class payment which was not conveyed from the beginning. This resulted in us having to pay rm20 for the trial. After some clarification, this was amicably settled with a refund and an apology. Customer service and communication definitely needs improvement here, hence the rating given. Other than that it's an interesting place for the kids to learn something different. The kids seems to enjoy the place, and the multitude of equipment will be something new to experience for kids in kk. As their business is still new, they'll be bound to be hiccups along the way. With improvements in customer service and more public awareness I'm sure something like this will fill up this education gap in kk.

We came for the first time and actives are not fun for my child. The activities there are quit dull for my child. Better go playground or play shark, itcc, kidzoona.
Clean and interesting. A great addition to kk's early childhood education market.
