I visited the show room in Fenton over 2 weeks ago. I said that I wanted a quote, that I'd be having other quotes too. I was told someone would have to measure the window. The man who measured my window said it would cost 867 but if I signed the paper work today he would give me money off. I asked how much id get off and he said he cant tell me until I sign the contract! I then said I told the showroom I was looking for a quote so whoever gives best quote gets the job. To which he replied unfortunately it doesnt work like that in double glazing. I sent him on his way. How can you be expected to sign a contract when the person wont tell you what price youd be paying ? very unprofessional

Very professional company. I had most of my double glazing panes replaced which had failed. I had a very competitive quote from them and within 2 weeks of accepting the quote the panes were replaced, speedily within 2 hours to a high standard. Would highly recommend them.

The company came on time when they said that they would arrive.the two guys took there shoes off at the door.did the bathroom window repair was done no hassle very professional.

Booked this company to carry out a repair to Conservatory Roof day before they were to attend they rang to say they do not repair isolated leaks but carry out full service. Nice of them to be honest but waste of both parties time.
