It arrived 2 day's later with an invoice for 98 Inc p and p from an eBayer from Yorkshire and on the invoice was a message from the aforementioned robbers which read \DO NOT SEND ANY PAPERWORK WITH THIS ORDER\. 127 for a click of a mouse, extortion in my book

Ordered a wheel from Ford Spares Ltd, of Stoke on Trent on Tuesday 21st January. It was delivered today (23rd) and because there was no invoice or receipt for payment included I phoned the number on the packaging and was speaking to somebody eighty miles from away from Stoke, in Yorkshire. They told me that Ford Spares had contacted them and bought a wheel at a cost of 45 and had had it despatched direct to me from there. Ford Spares had charged me 111.59. I phoned Ford Spares and apparently Charlie (the Boss) couldn't or wouldn't speak to me. The lad I spoke to said there was a three month guarantee on it. He said the original wheel on offer had a defect on it so they had to source another (did not tell me). I had to ask for an invoice which I got two hours later and on it it says ' We confirm that we have checked the parts delivered and accept that no further claims against Ford Spares Ltd shall be pursued for any damage later found to the above items.' No, you haven't checked the parts and the guarantee is worthless. The wheel wasn't that special and nowhere near the value charged. Recorded in detail for others to know who they may be dealing with. Poor business.
They supplied me with a battery and radio code, for my Ford Mondeo. I also needed a replacement battery connection for my negative wire, which they supplied and fitted at a very low price. Thanks guys.
