I bought my Harley from potteries after viewing it only on their website. I phoned them up and spoke to Andy who was really friendly and helped answer all my questions. He gave me a very fair price on my j300 and a deal was done. They kept me informed and delivered my bike on time. It was just as in the photos. Perfect. Simon, the delivery driver, was friendly and helpful and also kept me informed as to ETA. Charlene, in the office, is also a star and helped me through the admin side. These guys are all top bananas and jolly good fellows. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you potteries!

Such an easy experience with potteries, got my bike delivered during the first lockdown 2 weeks after buying it, had its free check over and mot completed before shipped out to me the guys at potteries were very knowledgeable and was always happy to help with any questions you have 5/5* Also I have to praise “the motorbike mover” who brought my bike to me, very happy bloke and walked me through all the controls and paperwork etc. Top man

Fantastic and trouble free relationship. Purchased an NC750x from 'Potteries' and dillied and dallied over whether to part exchange or hang on to what I've got, changing my mind a couple of times. The staff couldn't have been more patient, helpful and understanding - not once pushing me to 'make up my mind'. I eventually decided and the bike was delivered the day after by yet another helpful and polite member of the team. Well done and thanks - I really appreciate the help.

Absolutely brilliant. Wanted to purchase a Royal Enfield interceptor for my fiance birthday as a surprise even with only 4 days notice Craig arranged everything for me and was delivered right on time ready for the surprise.
