My wife Hilary went to the Cedars Medical Centre today to see the Podiatrist, what a wonderful lady, so very pleasant. The procedure to cut out the corn, which was overdue to the pandemic situation was virtually painless which I did not expect It was a bit further than I normally go for the procedure, however well worth the journey, I am really pleased

I have been with this practice for over 25 years. It's very busy...the population of this town has grown tremendously in recent years...tantamount to the doctors, nurses and other services ensuing we all live longer and prosper. Once you see a doctor...all are thorough, personable and genuinely caring...won't go anywhere else

This Doctors surgery plus Chemist is one of the best in the local area. My Wife and I when we first registered here we were a little anxious about attending are first appointment in meaning my wife's and myself past medical history and wondered if they would know our past,and within the first 5 mins of meeting Dr Drake our thoughts were put at ease. So we now know they know how we are whatever Dr we see the surgery itself is clean and we'll presented, the only downside is some of the front of house secretary's they can be very obtuse but I think a little training is all they need and as for the pharmacy on site is second to none for excellent service I cannot fault them they are a bunch of great girls and boys (Richard Derek the Driver). So if you are moving to this area is would say nay recommend you register here like most surgery's it has its faults but 9 times out of 10 they get put right.

I've been No.1 in the queue now for 26 minutes, although my mobile which I have dialing via a different number but to the same recorded message system has moved me from No.6 to No. 2 in the queue. How can that be without my first call being answered? I'm not a doctor, but this is a ridiculous system. I've just used up all my lunch break trying to contact the surgery - at their request. Very poor customer service.
