Katie helped me create a prototype of a travel backpack as part of my final year design project at Staffordshire University. She was great to work with and although backpacks were not her normal area of expertise she produced a really high quality piece of work that went on to actually win a national design award. So disappointed in this place. I called nearly a month ago, got an appointment to shorten my wedding dress as the wedding was approaching fast and got told I would get a text with details on how to get to the place. On the day I still hadn’t had a text by 2pm and my appointment was at 5pm so I text and got asked if I could do the day after which was fine. My appointment was at 5pm, I text that day asking if we were still ok for the appointment and even called but didn’t get a response, I found the car park and tried calling this lady again a few times. Waited 45 minutes and no communication. I’ve left it a few weeks in hopes I’d get some sort of message with an explanation from this lady as I like to give the benefit of the doubt but nothing so thought it was only fair to share my experience. I’d not recommend this place, really unprofessional.
