Made to feel safe by systems in place and staff but some customers not following guidelines! Staff very helpful.
Although they indicate that it is open to the public, the reality is that it is closed.
What are you doing with your car parks??? As a blue disabled badge holder how can you park for free without a ticket at 1 of your branches (Octagon Retail Park, Stoke-on-Trent) yet at another branch (Longton, Stoke-on-Trent) you are required to purchase a ticket from a ticket machine that is clearly out of order? Giving out parking tickets & then using scare tactics to obtain payment is shocking & why you would use G24 when just a little online search shows this is a common occurrence, I do not know! It seems like you have to purchase a ticket even if you are collecting someone. So basically you are saying the disabled person has to walk out of the car park otherwise the driver HAS to purchase a ticket to avoid a fine for entering their premises!!!!! Is it G24's land or Sports Direct?? Does Sports Direct decide to charge at some car parks for blue disabled badge holders & not others or is it G24's decision???? It's extortion & should be addressed but with money being key, common sense takes a back seat. Scare tactics makes most victims of this pay the reduced amount instead of appealing it & more often than not being successful in their appeal, especially blue badge holders! Sent from a very angry driver who received a parking ticket at your Longton store for collecting my disabled father, even though i have a blue disabled badge on show ALL the time.
Well stocked. Good prices. Friendly staff. A good selection of sports clothing and far cheaper than some others.
