We bought a TV from Richer Sounds for our mother. Unfortunately there was an issue with the sound and the television was sent back and they sent another to us to replace it. Unfortunately this one had the same issue. I rang up and spoke to Mark, he said he thought he knew what the issue was and that he could talk me through fixing it. I wasn’t at my mums but I arranged to go for 1 o’clock, promptly at one, Mark rang, talked me through the issue and fixed it. However I was worried that it was a temporary fix, so he said he’d call my mum back at three. Which he did and we discovered that he had indeed fixed the issue which had been plaguing us. After all this, we felt he’d already gone above and beyond what we expected. But after 5 days he rang again just to make sure everything was still working correctly. You can be sure that after this service, every electrical appliance I ever buy, will be bought from Richer Sounds and Mark’s customer service will be the reason why.

Excellent service from start to finish. Bought a TV 2 years ago which recently suffered a failed backlight. This was included in the 6 year warranty they offer and it was replaced. Customer service is second to none, the whole experience was made easy, pricing is excellent and the knowledge the staff show is to an incredibly high standard. Cannot recommend them enough.

Visited with a view to check out the TV's available. With Covid restrictions at the moment, they ask for you to make an appointment (although walk in is possible if you can be accommodated). We were given guidance by Jack. He was very knowledgeable and what we liked was that there was no pressure to purchase. Having come home to do more research into the TVs we were interested in, we have priced matched against other retailers and found them competitive for the package on offer (price plus 6 year warranty), so there is every chance we will be going back to make a purchase, or purchase online.
