My order arrived safely, with the driver waiting at a safe distance until I opened the door. I was very pleased with free postage with orders of 100 and over.

I left a strongly worded review 2 reviews below me here about 10 months ago,John mc cabe, They resolved my issue after I left that review to my satisfaction and delivered what I ordered and I thought I took down that, don't not know what it's still doing up and now I can't seem to log in to delete,I'll keep trying Anyway like I said my issue with pottery craft was resolved and I was happy with what they delivered

This place is an absolute joke.i paid for an order nearly 4 weeks ago now and they refuse to even answer my emails!! I had to ring their shop from ireland after day's on not answering my mails. The person on the phone acknowledged reading my mails! She said she will air mail them that day,10 working days ago,and when I email again to say they haven't arrived still no answer Anything can happen to orders along the chain and I would be understanding of that but to continually no answer emails to someone whose money you have should be the death knell of any business

Frequently late with deliveries. If they promise you something in 2 weeks, you can rest assured it'll be more like 4! Delivery driver leaves parcels on door step for anyone to steal. Hardly ever answer the phone when you call to chase up deliveries! And even if items are in stock when order is made, they take so long by the time the process it the items have sold out. Very poor customer service indeed with is many other pottery suppliers in the UK.
