Great service, amazing ambience and LOVELY food. When I go to Mirchi, I am greeted with smiling faces every time, and the South Indian stuff is really underrated. You definitely should go.

Food was ok (nothing special) but they also lose a star because I got absolutely no extras like a popadum or two or even salad for the starter! Just 3 tubs, 1 rice 1 curry 1 starter and wasn't that impressed as it's not a cheap place to order from. Something to bare in mind when you order from these guys, what you order is exactly what you get.
Usually I really enjoy the food here. Had a take out for my birthday. There was four of us. We all agreed the masala was awful. Strange orange colour and very watery. Not the usual standards. Very unhappy ending to the day.
Used to go regularly few years back. After moving out of Stoke have not visited this restaurant for the last 2 years. Recently I visited with few of my colleagues on a Wednesday evening for a meal and for my surprise still they are maintaining the place properly with high standards. Food quality and the portion size is excellent. I ordered mutton kottu a Sri Lankan special, normally not available any restaurants in Stoke also a south Indian chicken masala dosa and sweet lassi drink. Really enjoyed the food and definitely value for the money. Also they have big free car park, to make life easier. If you are in to Indian & Sri Lankan cruisine, this place is highly recommended for you.
