The lady served me was very rude didn't even ask me to confirm the address when she psssed me my prescriptions I gave her my per paid NHS card she shook her head and walked away she for sure need customer service training I wouldn't have my prescriptions from Lloyds pharmacy any more I felt discriminated. Avoid this pharmacy!
