Receptionist was rude on my last phone call, I almost hung up. Doctors are great though and the nurse my baby had for injections was lovely. Always a long wait time despite having an infant in tow (over 30 minutes) sometimes I consider not taking her until later but I'm sure that would be frowned upon if I was late!. I appreciate that's it's breastfeeding friendly and pleasant inside.

Having read some of the comments I feel compelled to write a review of this practice. It is one of the best surgeries I have ever known, the doctors are always professional and helpful. Receptionists are very caring and will always try to help patients however they can only work with what they have. It is a busy practice and if there are no appointments left it is not their fault. They cannot magic extra doctors nor extra appointments but, from many years of experience, will always try to accommodate patients. There is a room available if you require more privacy.

While they may run late from time to time, that's because they take the time to actually listen to their patients rather than rush them out the door. I'm incredibly grateful for all the staff at the surgery

I have been a patient for over twenty years with the practice, and previous GPS Dr WC and Dr D, and even Forest-Hay in his time. My experience and level of care and understanding cannot be underestimated. How did it all go so wrong? In previous, and recent, liaisons I have felt bullied to reduce my personal medications by GPS who have never met me before and seem to know better. I was personally asked if I wanted \to die\ just because I took an anti-depressant! and recently I was refused my usual HRT as I couldn't book in for a medication review as this is classed as non-urgent so therefore the two week wait (without medication) elevated my BP so Dr Arapelli would not give it to me. I now have trouble sleeping again due to hot sweats and my BP is even higher. If it were not for Dr Suchak and Peake, I would struggle to even entertain attending this practice anymore and feel compelled to formalise my concerns. In a year, I have reduced my anti-depressant and had to stop my HRT. whilst also being without BP medication for two weeks. As a Nurse myself.. When and why did GPS stop caring!
