We bought our wedding rings from goodwin's earlier this year. The service is excellent and 6 months on I am still very pleased with our rings for their quality and value for money. Plenty of choice and something for everyone and all budgets. Personal service that you only get with a local store. Buying from here feels special Thank you Goodwin's, we wont hesitate to come back.

I placed my first order with Goodwins since I am in North America, and the service and communication along the way was much better than I received when dealing with some of the jewellers here. Sue, took time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns and help me with payment. My order was shipped right away and I received it much earlier than I thought I would. If you're like me and wanting to get engaged but have literally no clue about rings then look no further than Goodwins for a great guided journey to get the most for your money. I can't thank Sue and the team enough for all the help with my hunt for an engagement ring for my fiancé. I went to numerous places locally wanting to keep the business close to home. I did also enter a major high street retailer and was ignored for 20 minutes. Upon entering Goodwins I had nothing but first class service from start to finish. I just wanted someone knowledgable to guide me into a great purchase and no one anywhere else seemed to be able to do this. I originally was looking to buy an ornate ring possibly with multiple small diamonds but on visiting Goodwins for the first time my mind changed just from a few useful suggestions from Sue and her team. I eventually gave Goodwins my budget along with specification and just let them do the work to find me the right diamond and ring. I was reluctant to do this as I feared if someone worked to my budget then they'd use it against me. Sue and the team were super transparent and used my money as effectively as possible getting me the most stunning ring and diamond for a great price which was actually less than I intended to spend. Yes! I paid less than my budget and got exactly what I wanted. I was blown away. Sue and her team whenever they contacted me also did so with upmost discretion so as no one nearby listening in would know who was calling. Since getting engaged we've had no end of compliments regarding the ring. I'm so chuffed with it and would recommend Goodwins to anyone who like me had no clue on where to start with this minefield.

What superb service the woman here gave us! She was patient and knowledgeable and if they'd had what we were looking for we would have become paying customers without a shadow of doubt. All this despite the dated decor and rather odd internal fish pond!
