Called in the hope they could help me out with a Limo the following day for a extra special treat for my son. Not only did they sort out the limo they even waited for the return trip and canceled a Doctors appointment as the outward journey made my son so happy it just had to be repeated. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Customers be aware. I booked this company for a wedding which couldn’t go ahead in May this year. This was cancelled back in March due to Covid and rearranged for October, with the ongoing situation not only globally but locally we have decided to postpone again but not set a date at the moment.due to these times of uncertainty. ALL other of our suppliers have been completely understanding and accommodating, however diamond limousines are saying our deposit has now been taken and not refundable or transferable. You will not be advised this verbally nor is it in writing anywhere and they don’t have any terms and conditions to refer back to. They claim it was said via telephone but not email...... I appreciate a deposit is a deposit but in these uncertain times it can’t be helped and everyone is trying to accommodate each other, except these guys. So consider another company may just be more helpful and not take your money.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! If I could give diamond limousines more than 5 stars I would. They have been so accommodating even when we asked to change the time & place of our booking just a week before. The staff were lovely. The whole limo experience was the making my best friends hen do & I can't thank them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Brilliant service always reliable would recommend.
