My brother was in there they would not dress a ulcer. It gave is pain relief at 2in the morning. Left him for hours. Did not give his buzzer in his hand.drinks on the side.he was quadriplegic. He could not do much but he still had brain. I cried every time I got home.

Couldn't give a zero star so had to give a 1 star. I had to demand a doctor was called for my mum as the 2 nurses on duty wanted to leave her until the next morning. My mum ended up in A&E RESUS for 12 hours with Sepsis. Thankfully the A&E staff at the Royal Stoke were amazing and saved her life...

Be warned that if you park your car on the company car park you MUST get the staff to enter your vehicle registration into the system or you will incur a very hefty fine !!! And for that reason alone they deserve (zero) one star
