Avoid this company absolute horrendous customer service and after service. Promises to rectify problems but system continuously going offline at vital times when this service is paramount. Problem after problem, un-returned calls, chasing them to repair etc. Very unprofessional and do not deliver what is promised

Had a CCTV install, completed in the time they said. Punctual and polite. Set up the APP for me and my Wife. Since had additional quote for some home-automation, having it fitted in a few weeks. Good Service. You get what you pay for.

Really friendly service, the installer was really friendly and wore a face mask and gloves and sanitized when coming in and out, i felt really safe and the system was installed in a few hours with no mess. I would highly recommend. 10/10!

The alarm that we had fitted almost 4 years ago, has been defective since it was fitted. We've lost count of the number of times that we've had to have engineers out to fix the alarm, but barely a month has gone by without it malfunctioning repeatedly, and each time we've had to take time off work to be at home for the engineer. The whole alarm system has been replaced 3 times in 3.5 years and still it doesn't work. The company's proposed resolution is to quote for a new system, which is completely unsatisfactory - why should we pay anything for a new system when the one we have does not work? The cost of our time and use of annual leave to be at home, has cost us greatly already. The system we have is not, and never has been, fit for purpose. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend ADB at all.

Having had an alarm fitted by ADB, my battery recently failed so I rang them for a price for a new battery which was 15. I went to collect it and fitted it myself, only to find out after I needed an engineers code to make it work again. I rang again for the code and they charged me a further 45 for the code to my alarm which I thought was disgraceful. Would not recommend this company to anybody.
