Having not trained for more years than I care to think about i decided to enroll my 13 year old son and myself (now 50) at Stoke freestyle kickboxing. It has been extremely hard work for the both of us but most rewarding due to the very knowledgeable teaching talents of Chris and his brown belt students. I highly recommended the club to anyone... Just anyone really, but if you are thinking of joining a martial arts club to learn a new skill, get fit and boost your self confidence you won't find a better place to be.

My youngest son (age 8) has been training here for nearly 6 months now, he absolutely loves it! On training days he's excited about going and then when he leaves he's always buzzing and telling us what he's been doing. It looks like he's found something he's passionate about and the guys at Stoke Freestyle Kickboxing are doing an amazing job!
This is a great place to train and to make friends. I've known the instructor since i was @ Reach. the club has an amazing atmosphere!!
This club ia brilliant it has a great atmoshere would recommend going down to give it a try you won't be disappointed

Fantastic instructor and club Lucas started going there he was quite shy with a number of problems Christopher Guest has helped Lucas so much he made a lot of friends their his self confidence has grown tremendously and its also helped with his anger problems Chris and the club has been the best thing for Lucas all round and the only thing he has stuck with Thank you Christopher Guest.
