Friendly and welcoming staff who listened to my needs/wants as a customer. Got me results quickly and very clear in discussing options, terms etc. At no point felt pressured or rushed to make a commitment and actually left delighted that I had gone in to discuss a new car. As a Mini enthusiast who has owned several in the past, I look forward to continuing to driver Minis and will only look to use the great staff (special mention to James and Nick) here at Mini Teesside for future purchases

Jamie was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient with emails to keep us up to date with progress of our new car. Full marks to him for pointing us in the direction of a new car, when we only came to the showroom with the intention of buying a 6 to 12 month old ex demo or similar.

My mini was due for its 2 year service. Booked it online but when I got there apparently the service I wanted had the wrong price on and jumped from roughly 200 to over 300. Apparently they are trying to correct the website. Not a good start and obviously ruins your trust with the company. Came out with a service plan, hoping I have done the right thing.
