Fantastic service! Best dealership experience I’ve had so far in all my years of owning various car brands. Couldn’t do enough for me. Took my car in for a safety recall and an ambient light issue. Issues were fixed very promptly and professionally. Highly recommend this dealership!

Poorest post sales and garage service you can ever get. Lies, false reporting, cancelled appointments without notice. Let alone rude, unprofessional service reception staff. I will endeavour finishing my contractual commitments soon. I do not want to live this traumatic experience again. It is British retail at it's worst. Inchcape is a disgrace to British businesses. What a shame otherwise I liked BMWs but not when Inchcape are the principle franchise holder in the north of England and perhaps the UK. The report below shows damage to car engine and claims \declined work\. Utter and blatant lie. It is likely warranty covered work anyway . I have my suspicions damage happened in the garage as car was in tip top condition, and only took it in for routine service covered by service plan. I received a response and noted other responses. They are incoherent and robotic It is now nearly a year since I did the above posting. I visited same garage yesterday 17/01/2020, and there seems to be some changes in the service department. . The service I received this time around can not be faulted in any shape or form. There sorted me in time to drive back to work in time. Courtesy car was good. The \end of warranty\ inspection and MOT done in time . In short service as it should be. I will not remove the above posting as the errors they did in the past, as we call it in the medical world \fatal mistakes\ that will have triggered RCA.

Please be aware if you are thinking about buying a used car from this dealership. Ask for photographic proof of the mileage and specifications of the the car before you pay a deposit. If you are satisfied make sure you read any documents thoroughly and that it matches any verbal agreements. I attempted to buy a car from here. After 3 weeks and a catalogue of errors/ excuses/ incompetence I decided to ask for a refund. The dealership has recently changed their name, but not their address Concorde Way, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 3RB

Nice cars but customer service distinctly lacking. Danny R useless at returning calls - phoned 4x. No response. Even after the receptionist apologised profusely and assured me he'd get back to me. Tried another 'salesman' craig who never even got back to me with a price for my PORSCHE CAYENNE TURBO. Cars OVERPRICED and lacking any decent options. Thought Craig was good until a week later and still heard nothing. Come on BMW. Up skill your staff to realise that a 22 grand plus car is a good sale to make. Sorry to say but shocking customer service. Much better from the independents! Shocking.
