Pretty much the best value for money if you want to go swimming regularly along with typical cardio exercise. Surprisingly the booking system works better for me as you're more likely to get a chance to use the pool. Rather than like it was in the past where you turn up not knowing if you're going to get in the pool or not. The indoor running circuit is a nice touch and the bus hydra-pool is a nice addition to use before or after using the main pool. The advertising of three pools is a bit misleading because one is used predominantly by younger children/families and the third pool is the aforementioned hydra-pool. But NHS discount is a bonus and discount for additional family members to join makes it that much more appealing. I won't be returning to any of the other gyms I used to go to.

Their covid checks are good, temperature checked and asked to use sanitiser and stuff around the complex. The facilities are ok, good pool if you like very cold water and their relax pool is good but so much stuff closed like no steam, sauna, cold plunge pool. We didn't try gym but never been to a gym complex and felt so cold coming out. I'm glad it was a free day pass.

Brilliant gym with lots of equipment meaning you can rarely have to wait around, I've been going for a good year now and the service is incredible, highly recommended for the price!
