Absolutely fantastic service. My new car was delayed due to the pandemic. The sales staff were very apologetic even though this was totally out of their hands and even out of the hands of Volvo, I don’t understand how anyone could complain in the current climate? Anyway! What service I received from David and his team, fantastic! I’ve been dealing with brokers for years and have forgotten how good it is to deal with a professional garage who care and take pride in what they do. My car was delivered to my door and presented to me gleaming and spotless. They followed all the C19 precautions and wiped all the car down before handing me the keys. I’m am extremely pleased with my choice of car and it drives and performs better than expected but what has made my experience a pleasure is the service from Stoneacre Stockton Volvo.
