Given lockdown and all the drive thru queue was HUGE so I chose instead to go inside and wait. Took no time at all, very kind and courteous staff who were warn and welcoming.

Took our dog for his first puppacino. He loved it. Kids loved the whole experience. They had soft drinks. I enjoyed a latte.
Very clean and tidy inside and out, always has been. The staff at this site are very helpful, always polite and greet you with a smile.
*COVID-19 Review * The staff and cleaning us up to scratch here and the coffee is as delicious as ever! But. The covid-19 guidance is lacking. I'm sat I here currently and the signposted guidance asking customers to wear masks on entry, whilst waiting for drinks and *only* to take masks off when seated doesn't seem to be a clear enough message. Please signpost this more I've seen about 8 people in under an hour some in with masks in pockets but not putting them on at all. I saw the signposts first time but seems a lot of people didn't maybe a flow chart or bigger text? It's worth it to protect customers isn't it, surely?
I’ve just been served at this drive through on my way to work and the girl who served me at the window was wonderful. She was genuinly chatty and friendly, upbeat and has really made my day. It was a brief exchange but I think it deserves mentioning. I didn’t get her name, but she had short hair and was working at the window today at 12:50pm - anyway, she’s an asset to your business, I hope you know this. Thankyou to whoever she is for being so genuine and kind.
