Honestly one of the best companies I have ever worked for, everyone is friendly and welcomed me into the team. Managers were there whenever I needed something and very understanding about life situations and just great to talk to. Shame it was only a temporary position but would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some experience in a very successful and very busy retail superstore.

Do not use this store. Go find an independent toy shop or try The Entertainer in Middlesbrough. Twice we have taken toys back that had intermittent faults and both times the toys were taken out the back for someone to inspect them for a couple of minutes and then return them to us saying there was no fault. 2 minutes of a toy being switched on hardly constitutes and in-depth test. Wasted our money here for the last time. Grr!

Absolute joke, went to smyths today and asked for them to change a 5.00 note whilst opening her till so we could get a trolley, we had our 6 year old son with us to choose some birthday toys. She said i can not give you change i asked why she said she can't. So i called the store and spoke to someone else she said she should have changed it she wasn't sure why she would not do it for you. Honestly I will never go to this shop again. To be honest I'm glad this happend as I have shopped online and found the things he wanted cheaper than in their store.
