If they was 10 star's I would have given them the 10 very professional and above all easy to talk to about anything you were unsure about really friendly. Excellent quality service from start to finish good value for money would recommend to anyone.

I phoned Pattinson’s estate agents on Tuesday 21st to make a booking to view a property, the gentleman on the phone took down my details asked me a couple questions and asked my prefer times etc to view the property, because of my partners work I said if possible if it would need to be after 4 which he advised wouldn’t be a issue. The gentleman on the phone told me someone would give me a call on the Friday at half 4 (the day before we were suppose to view the house) which wasn’t a issue however we had no phone call on Friday at half 4 so I tried to give them a call after 5-10 mins, the phone was ringing for a while then I heard someone pick the phone up then put it back down. I then rang back up on Saturday morning to check we were still ok to view the property and the lady on the phone said she hasn’t received a phone call from the lender so that’s why I didn’t receive a phone the day before, she said she would chase this then call me back, after waiting 3 hours I called back up and spoke to a lady called Chloe who told me that the viewing wasn’t booked, they don’t do viewings that late and that the property had its last viewing on the morning and weren’t taking any more viewings for the property and then advised that the gentleman I spoke to works in Newcastle and hasn’t communicated with the Stockton branch. I understand that sometimes these things can happen however as a first time buyer and the first time I’ve wanted to view a property with Pattinson’s it wasn’t a good experience with them and a lot of chasing and hassle to view a property and if I hadn’t contacted them directly we would of ended up going to a property with no one there.

Would not recommend this estate agent. Arranged a house viewing at 11.30am. We then received a text message saying our appointment was 9.30. We contacted to say we couldn't attend at 9.30 due to other commitments and the lady was extremely snotty on the phone telling us she wouldn't arrange that time as she has appointments elsewhere at that time and its a block booking. We cancelled our appointment and were told she would re-contact us. When I rang to complain to a manager about service the same lady answered the phone and when I spoke she hung up straight away. Have asked for all our details to be removed from system as I won't be dealing with them again. Lost a sale as we were extremely interested but I will not deal with horrendous customer service.
