Great experience and staff nice. However we were not given all our medication which was only identified once we got home. Called to highlight and was told it's policy that we need to collect?? It's a 50 mile round trip and two hours for something they were responsible for.... staff nurse we spoke too was not pleasent or apologetic... soured the overall experience and now costing us...

If you are contemplating a carpal tunnel op think again, I had both hands operated on and had a 200% failure. I am constantly in pain and discomfort, do your research and find a competent hand surgeon. Because the one one who did my hands didn't care that it was a failure at Nuffield.

Shocking service. They called to bring the appointment forward from 9:30am to 8:00 and then did not change the appointment on thier system. The appointment was then changed to 10:30 am and at are still waiting at 12:00pm. Complete joke and the staff don't care that they have wasted a full day.

Recently underwent a partial thyroidectomy, lovely stay, looked after well, nice staff, great facilities, private en-suite room, food nice, the only downside was I was in when it was 30 degrees outside and it was quite uncomfortable, ward had no fans
