when I booked I explained I would have to pick my niece up from school at 3pm so I would need either morning, before or after 3pm, received a phone call today to say they would be at my house between 1pm -2pm, I waited until 2.20pm then called them, they said they would be at my house in 10 minutes as they where in a meeting ( customer should come first & not once did they call me to say that they would be late)so I waited until 2.45pm & I called again to say I would have to leave to do the school run, the man that answered was abrupt & rude, so if u want a removal firm that’s reliable do not phone these
