On entering i felt a warm atmosphere with a friendly welcoming that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very clean and well organised to ensure space to browse. Changing room I used was of an excellent hygiene and close enough to the checkout which I class as very convenient regarding questions you may have or problems of any kind, once you are ready to open back the curtain you are without doubt under no pressure at all or put in an uncomfortable situation, you can sit relaxed as you face the staff within the fitting room until they have finished serving and are aware you need assistance. Yes it's a shop that is proudly comitted to, and by what I witnessed, in my first short stay, a team, who seem to naturally gel together amd genuinly, without any effort, communicate well which definitely put my MIND at ease.
