I was lucky enough to have won vouchers for an acupuncture treatment and what an absolute treat it was! I have been to Claire’s clinic many times before and this week didn’t disappoint! Such a lovely calming clinic and you always feel safe in Claire’s caring and capable hands! Thank you so much Claire! I feel much more like myself since my visit earlier this week (July 2020). I can highly recommend Claire and her experienced care.

Claire's sports massage is second to none. As a personal trainer and avid crossfitter I often end up with very tight muscles and her Deep Muscle MOT not only loosens up my shoulders, back and legs, but also keeps me in better condition to help prevent injury. I'm not going to say it's relaxing but it certainly does the job! I would highly recommend her.
I've been having regular acupuncture treatments for some time now & always feel so much better afterwards. Claire is exceptionally good as what she does & clearly cares very much about her clients. I always feel listened to and enjoy our random chats. I asked for a massage alongside my acupuncture today & I'm so glad I did. I feel like a whole new woman. Thanks Claire x
Go to T'ai Chi there. Excellent class. Yoga, acupuncture and other treatments offered. Wonderful atmosphere.
1st experience of accupuncture, Claire made me feel at ease and seems very professional. Very clean environment and relaxing space. In case anyone is wondering (I did before I went) I can feel some of the needles going in but generally forget they are in after a few seconds. None of them have hurt as such. Changes were felt from the first session.
