Don't go here, parking mafia every where. Was looking at new bikes was a little over 2 hours ended up with a 60 for being over by 10 mins. The lads at the store are great but they need to change there parking policy or warn people as you enter, not very clear.
Recently purchased a new bike from Halfords Stockton and the experience from ordering the bike to picking it up was excellent. The staff member I dealt with was both polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. He was also happy to take my bike to my car and help me load it. Just hope the bike turns out to be as good as the service
Staff in Store are great but unfortunately their customer services helpline is shocking and these guys end up getting the backlash from angry customers through no fault of their own. I'm only allocating two stars to the overall halfords experience ( not the store staff) in the hope someone from Halfords HQ reads it and grasps how bad their support line is .
Click and collect service was brilliant. Very easy to use, no waiting and all items in stock. Very happy.
