Improved since last time I visited around a year ago. Foods better and visually cleaner dosemt smell of damp anymore. Staff helpful and my son enjoyed fun city.
We have been to fun city in Stockton today since it's recently been taken over by new owners. The place is excellent value for money. Kids had a fantastic time. What we can say is the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. Came with 4 children and kids meals are excellent value for money. And even the adult menu is excellent value. Just a shame no parking, had to pay for that down the road.
Staff are unhelpful and allow bullying in the playframe I went with my sons and had a group of older boys picking on my son with autism I notified the staff and was told that it was our turn to leave anyways and so the other boys were left to get on with it it was a waste of money I will not be returning it's not family friendly at all! Definitely would not recommend
Fun city is the only soft place centre I go too we’re I can actually run about and play with my two boys, and get involved with there games, yes it’s cold but if ya in the soft play running about with the kids ya soon warm up, both my kids love it they are 7 and 2. My 2 years old had his 2nd birthday there last year and he’s having his 3rd there again and Sunday. The staff are very friendly
