What kind of dealership makes a 90 year old woman sit for 3 hours waiting to get her vehicle fixed and then decide to give her a loner to take home. You should be Ashamed of yourselves. If it wasn’t fixed after an hour you should have given her a car to take home. And don’t give me that “We Didn’t/Don’t have a loner available you have a lot full of cars. I guarantee you will not get any more of her business and I will make sure to spread the word in hopes that others will avoid you. You get a one because 0 is not an option.

I had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler for about a month and it had been a terrible experience until I found Barkau Automotive and began working with Kyle. I live 4 hours from the dealership so test driving and physically touching the vehicle was not a possibility, unless I knew for certain it is was the one. Kyle answered every question I had quickly and if he didn’t know it, he found it and let me know. He took extra pictures and got them to me within minutes. I didn’t have to request a video of the vehicle running because he already had a video on the website. The sales department did an awesome job of quickly and efficiently getting me through the paperwork and on the road home with a good looking and perfectly working vehicle! In short, Barkau Automotive, and Kyle did an outstanding job for me and I highly recommend trusting them for vehicle purchases! They will absolutely be my first choice in the future!
