We bought our first machines from Stocks 3 years ago and the advice and service from Andrew, Andrea and their team back then was exemplary. Due to our growth we recently need to move to new premises, and the team at Stocks were happy to help advise on the moving of the machines and answering lots questions about how we could fit the machines in and through tight spaces which helped us to chose our new premises. When the move arrived the Stocks engineer could not have been more efficient and helpful in moving our machines and installing them back to full working order at the new site. Since the move we have seen an need to further increase our capacity, and needed another machine, a call to Stocks has once again solved this issue – not only was the machine delivered and installed in a timely and efficient manor but the tips and advice from the engineer, Paul, along with the ability to test products and machine attachments before purchase has allowed us to improve our performance and capacity to deliver embroidered products to our customers. We cannot thank all at Stocks for all their support, advice and expertise and cannot wait for our next purchase with them.

Thank you stocks for all the help you have provided me from the start to finish I can not thank you guys enough an a special thank you to Jenny and Nick I have purchased my pr1050 with stand from stocks. I recieved excellent customer service and fab Wilcom software, which I couldn’t even digitise before was to afraid to even open it but Nick showed me step by step and now I feel like I’m a pro at it. Very poor arrangant service when I bought a 9000 Embroidery machine, when it had a catastrophic failure and after talking to there engineer on a Sunday, well done Pete, it still did not work. On phoning Stocks they did not seem to understand retail law and did not want to arrange replacement, which on request by the customer they have too in the first 30 days, the machine was 6 days old. I then went direct to Brother who organised replacement, for the replacement to turn up on Wednesday but no collection of the faulty machine, seemily Stocks did not like that I want to Brother so nobody wanted to talk to anybody else. So they (Stocks and Brothers) solution to collect both machines straight away and refund ( could not take one machine away today but managed to take two away), fine with me obviously they sell more than they can supply. Ok I do get assertive in the Phone and do not treat fools lightly but I am Autistic, but little consideration is ever given to mental illnesses in the world
