Not payed my family member her wages for holidays what she took at Christmas I’m not happy as she works hard and not getting what she’s owed if she doesn’t get them I will make sure she takes it further I believe u do it a lot with ppl u won’t last forever if ur doing tht if don’t sort it it’s going to tribunal!!!!
Do not work for these people unless you know the law on holidays and pay. They literally make up there own rules and try to get away with it. They tell you you don't earn holidays for the first or last month you work there. Totally wrong. I had to fight for what was owed. Your not told until last minute if your holidays have been granted and sometimes your holidays are put on hold until they can be bothered to except them. Never got paid my last wage so had to chase it up, being told nobody had collect my work clothes from my place of work.(not my fault) No reply to resignation letter. Rude (certain) managers who have absolutely no idea what the other managers are doing. On work front, no check up of work, no training what so ever and hardly any cleaning stuff delivered. Colour coded work barely happened as stuff wasn't delivered . So glad I'm out of there.
