Easy to order. Good price. Shed took a little longer to arrive than expected but nothing unreasonable. Shed was put up by one person with occasional help from another. Instructions were fine but it was quite fiddly. The shed seems pretty solid now it's up.

My experience with SM Garden Sheds was very good. I decided to purchase direct and made an appointment to visit the factory to see a sample shed before placing an order. The order was placed during a difficult period for the whole country and so delivery period was (probably) extended but the shed was delivered and erected over a weekend with very pleasing results. Build quality of the metal shed is very good and I don't doubt it will serve us well for many years to come - thank you.

Due to problems with delivery I was constantly chasing and was not kept up to date as a valued customer. When it was delivered there was only 1 man and it was a 2 man item so my son helped but even so a lot of my pebbled drive was dragged into my garage drain. Not very happy about delivery. Also I asked for a specific morning or afternoon and was just given afternoon. He arrived after 6pm which was a whole afternoon off work waiting. The delivery driver said that I could have been the first drop off that day as I was only local to where he lived!

Great service, everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful, ordered and delivered without any problems, which is exactly what they said they would. The shed looks great, I didn't put it up but my boyfriend did he said it's good quality and easy to assemble.

Great easy online service. Would use again and recommend friends. Bike shed i bought from this company was the only one i could find to fit 4 bikes. The instructions were a bit hard to understand but got there in the end. I would advise not to fully tighten all bolts and screws on the roof panels until all the panels are on as the holes will not line up as i found out (took me twice as long) as i had to undo them again. Apart from that looks great and does the job.
