We have used Riverside three times in the past 6 months and cannot fault the service and care they provide to our Rottweiler Rex. The staff at Riverside were very welcoming of such a large breed dog and when we went to collect Rex he did not want to leave. It puts our mind at easy when we take the occasional trip away. Very reasonably priced too!
I would to like to let the owners of Riverside boarding kennels know how well there buisness is represented by there staff! I was walking my dog and I got talking to a lovley lady who was also with her dog, I think her name was jodie? But I can't remember. Anyway we were talking about how I was terrified I was about boarding my dog for the first time and how I can't find anywhere descent! The lady told me all about the kennels and she took the time to show me some pictures on the website and even told me what vaccines I needed to board! I was very impressed about how informative she was!! And how polite she was! I will definitely be booking my dog in next year!!! Thank you!!
My Basset Hound Bill absolutely loves his stay at the kennels. I am so upset to hear that some of the staff have had to be made redundant due to these uncertain times. So very sad. xx
Our dog Meeka...has spent time here...she seems to be great when we pick her up.
