Bought the Samsung Q90R 65 inch TV from these guys during lockdown (April 2020) Absolutely fantastic service from Patrick and the team. They beat the best price from any other retailer. Processed the payment over the phone and arranged/assisted with the free delivery to suit. Gave me an honest opinion on my choice. The 6 year warranty is better than any other retailer (that I know of). I’ve used Richer Sounds for the last 5 years (3 TV’s, 5.1 surround sound and Denon amplifier) always the best warranty, service and price. Thanks guys, see you next time.

Viewing in the shop was by a pre booked appointment. We had 1 hour of personal attention with no pressure to buy any particular make of TV unlike some stores whose staff work on commission with that in mind. Bought a TV, delivery within days as in stock and a 6 year guarantee. No complaints
