A company that is a total nightmare to deal with. If you want my honest opinion, don't choose parcelstation, go and look elsewhere. It will save your business a lot of time and hassle. A few of the issues I have had with parcelstation: 1) Very unprofessional. Their manner is abrupt and rude. 2) They will not hesitate to lie to you and will go back on their word until you search through all your messages and show them proof. Then they will lie some more and make false promises. 3) If your item goes missing, just say goodbye. I currently have 18 claims for lost parcels that date back to October 2020 which have not been paid. Their 'claims department' claim to get back to us within 6 -8 weeks. That has not happened. I do not believe I will see even a penny from them. 4) They are very unhelpful and any advice they do give is very vague. So if you have not understood something, don't think even for a minute that you will get help off them. This is just the tip of the iceberg. otherwise the list of problems is vast. I would say, save your sanity and look elsewhere.

top service by these guys! i sent a number of parcels i sold on eBay on a 2-3 day service via Hermes. rang up a hour later and was provided with my tracking numbers for every single item id sent. and there was a lot. every single parcel i sent got there next day! i will definitely be using these guys again in the future. cheers guys

What a great company to deal with, they really helped me track a parcel via Hermes as I was unsure who the delivery company was, they explained how they operate and that in fact Hermes was the final mile delivery. I live local to this shop and found them by chance chasing a parcel, I sell on eBay so I will be sending my parcels from now on with them so that Hermes or Yodel can deliver them to my customers, very nice helpful staff to deal with. Well done

Poor customer service this is one of the worst companies in the UK. Poor Management for goods and the level of service to the customers awful. I am about to cancel my order as my parcel is now a couple of days late. you can't talk to any one. your service is absolutely Sh*** you ruined a surprise present for my wife. Thanks a lot.
