Went in Christmas Eve just before closing with an emergency prescription. Lady behind the counter was helpful, pleasant even though very busy time.

I have been using Wells in Sainsburys for a while and was recently told that I had to ring prior to collecting my prescription despite it being on repeat. I cancelled my prescription due to the inconvenience. I was therefore pleased and surprised when Sandy was able to solve this for me today. It is so convenient collecting from Sainsburys and really pleased that she was able to solve the issue where others have failed or hindered the process

Really impressed with service. I was looking for a particular cream at 8 o'clock this morning. They didnt have it but Jamie said, dont worry I will order it now and it will be in at 4. I arrived at 4 and it was there - fantastic service, not sure other pharmacies could do the same
