Staff are very friendly and polite. I’m not from this area but work here often and when I visit this store the staff take me straight to the product I’m after saving me time looking. Hardly any time stood waiting in a queue too which is great.

I've been here many times since moving to the area about 10 years ago. It used to be pretty terrible in the past when I had been in there to pick up cleaning gear for my car etc. Had a few times in the past where there were no staff on the tills or around the store etc. Seems to have greatly improved over the years though and all the recent times I have been in,I have been approached by staff asking if I needed any help (maybe I look like a shoplifter haha!!) and there has always been someone on the till. I have found that the staff in the cycling store upstairs are especially helpful and will even walk the length of the store to come and ask me if I need any help. The prices are ok,yes some of the stuff you can probably find cheaper online- but I prefer to buy from a store whenever I can as it helps keep people in jobs and you can return faulty items or ask questions face-to-face which is always nice. Bought a nice cycling helmet from here recently,they have a big display of the helmets out to try and then new ones in boxes underneath. Tried loads on and found one that was perfect.
I misfitted my brand new Bosch wiper-blade and it broke. Took it back and the manager said, “It’s like dropping a bottle of milk after you’ve just left the store.”, and he replaced it for free! Brilliant, stress free service. Thank you.
I went to Stockport Branch where I was welcomed by a young lady called Rachel who was extremely helpful. Nathan was at the till and was also very helpful and took the trouble to go and fetch the lightbulbs that I needed for my van. I can not speak more highly of the friendly, efficient and polite service. Obviously a high level of training and management must be behind this. The Covid-19 safety precautions were good with spacing and staff wearing masks.
Unfortunately if you buy bulb you lose money Because in 1 years at least you must changing for 3 times, and they are don’t have any responsibility about bulb fault. I never recommend to you go there and buy something Because they are don’t care about customers
