I understand times are difficult and I feel sorry for the staff as the about of mistakes with click n collect. Its not the staffs fault, but they end up with the frustration. I would like to make a suggestion that water proof bags are given to customers who are walking home in the rain because paper bags suck

After the latest makeover the store is looking great. Much brighter and everything is easy to find. Great prices too if you have their discount card and a good choice of top name brands. Easy parking and well worth a visit for all your outdoor needs.
Such helpful folks. Great advice on warmth and waterproofing from a very well informed member of staff and Yay! The lovely girl at the checkout noticed my jumper and gave me a discount for being a teacher!! Thank you so much. So sorry I didn't get names to give the girls the credit they deserve.
Lots of room to social distance & sledges in stock
Good place for outdoor activity stuff. Big place with lots of stock. Walking, camping, loads of clothing and accessories. Air beds, caravan stuff, all sorts. Discount card (a few quid) gets the better prices and access to offers. Most of the staff are great, really helpful and friendly. The odd one is not. Access is good, plenty of parking, opposite Aldi.
