We suddenly lost our beautiful mum on 10th December 2020. It was the first funeral I have ever had to arrange and thank goodness I found Katie Hoult at our local funeral directors at George Hill Hazel Grove. With a pandemic and Christmas around the corner, as soon as I met her she became my power of strength. She guided me through the whole process at our initial meeting as to when they would bring mum from Northwich back to us in Hazel Grove. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was so patient and supportive during our heartache. I visited mum at their Chapel of rest and Katie was there to support me as I was really nervous and had never done this before. At an extremely distressing time upon the death of my father we as a family were treated with extreme kindness dignity & respect . All the stress of trying to arrange the funeral was taken away by Katie our funeral director who organised everything . The service we received was exceptional & i cannot thank her enough .
