Not sure why the few bad reviews? Maybe too high expectations? My experience with them was fantastic. Purchased with cscars, drove my car the Sunday, by Wednesday everything had been signed and the car was mine. Personal thank you to James and Theo. Lovely guys to deal with. Kept well in contact and went out of their way to make sure everything was dealt with efficiently. 100% recommend.

Oh dear! Could you please do your job is that to much to ask my partner is a key worker doing ten hour days caring for people and does not have the luxury to sit down and call you twice a day to find out why she can’t collect the car she needs for work. To be lied to by your staff told that she will be called back and nothing done,could you please do your job is that to much to ask. To be told not to contact the lender,but in frustration contacts the lender to be told that your staff have not filled out details of garage correctly and now will have to wait to sign a new form and wait for you to do your job, please could you do your job is that to much to ask. While this debacle has gone on I have purchased a private plate for her vehicle obtained the plates and received all the documents from the DVLA during this holiday period in less time than it’s taken you to put this finance in place,could you please do you job is that to much to ask. Your customers name is Ms Doherty as I write this she is currently working a ten hour shift. Could you please do your job is that to much to ask.

Apart from a little hiccup with my I.D, I cant actually fault the service I recieved. Sharon especially, she went over and above for me. They even agreed to work with a dealership they hadn't heard of before because that's where the car I wanted was. Sharon Hickey done everything and more for me and I am so grateful to be able to get a car that was much needed for my family. Thanks again DSG

Friendly people however the process needs work, finance was all approved for a used Tesla and confirmed then taken away at the last moment of getting everything sorted to get the car. Never seen this with anyone else. They do seem to have similar issues with other customers so whilst they were nice enough I can't recommend them.

Recently had a vehicle financed through dsg. Wasn't plain sailing, told I couldn't have the amount I required, then to be told I could thought a different lender after id paid deposit on another vehicle. Why not check with another lender after first lender rejected? Ridiculous. You have to ring for constant updates, they rarely keep you informed of the situation. Had to wait 10days to pick vehicle up incurring hire car costs due to their error but they tried to blame the dealer when the dealer was not at fault. But dsg not interested. However got a good % rate better than the dealer offered. I'd go to the lender themselves next time rather than this broker.
