I've used this company for van hire on 10 or more occasions for my business since lockdown ended and cannot praise them enough. Brent, Isaac and the young lady who manage bookings are always friendly and helpful as are the vehicle inspectors. There was some damage to a van after one hire and the fee to fix was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend :)

First time using County Van Hire. Great value when shopping around. Great customer service by Brent when I first arrived. Although van had a couple of knocks on it, this was checked with me with one of their guys and all documented before driving away. During the rental, I had a problem meaning I needed the van for extra time, i was told i could take an extra hour free of charged by Brent, which really helped. I felt really well looked after, and I will use them again, and recommend to anyone who needs that sort of service. Thank you.

I'm splitting this review between Hire/ Return and product. The van we hired was new, clean, in great condition and the range of choice more than sufficient to meet most needs.The hire part we dealt with Brent. We had need to speak with him on several occassions as our circumstances changed. He was always polite, efficient and very professional. He made your custom feel valued, knows how to deal with people and is a credit to his employers. A valued asset. For him I would give repeat custom. On return however we were dealt with by an unknown by name male employee. He was the opposite, rude, impolite with no manners or common courtesy. Had we met him at the hiring stage, I would have gone to another company, thats how much employees make a difference.

This company saved my bacon after being let down by another company. I called them last minute i needed a van asap as i was moving house. They had a great Merc van ready for me when i got there and sorted me very quickly as i was in a hurry Brent who served me what a nice guy and efficient Will definitely use them again

Great service from a company that came to my rescue when I was severely let down by Cheshire Van hire. The person I dealt with was courteous and efficient, and I got a very good deal. The tail-lift I got was like new, and very comfortable on a long journey. I would highly recommend County.
