We bought 2 safes from this company over 15 years ago and when the battery needed changing on one of them recently they were so helpful, responding immediately to my emails and sent a key out to allow me to change the battery, which arrived the next day FOC. Cannot recommend highly enough, I was overawed by their helpful attitude so long after I had actually made a purchase from them. I will definitely use them for anything I need in future that they sell.

Excellent service from City Lock and Safe Ltd. I had a problem with one of my Mul-T-Lock. James did a fantastic job repairing the lock for me. It now is working perfectly again. I would highly recommend City Lock and Safe Ltd and will definitely use them again.
We used City Lock and Safe to upgrade our vulnerable door locks to anti snap looks following a spate of break-ins locally.I phoned them in the morning and the new locks were fitted by lunch time. The various options were outlined to me in a clear way by very friendly staff and the work was performed very efficiently later that day. I would recommend this firm for a first class and value for money service without hesitation
Excellent service. I would certainly not hesitate to use City Lock & Safe again. Came out in January to fix a broken lock, unfortunately this then failed in November. After a telephone call to the office the lock was replaced within a few hours and the repair/replacement was fitted without any issues - a very neat job. To add to this there was no cost as it was replaced under guarantee.
Fantastic service. Rang in the morning and had a new, very secure front door lock and 3 keys by the afternoon. James was very nice and professional, explaining how the lock works and how to order additional keys.
