Really struggled to get in contact with the team at Brook Veterinaty Centre, lines were always busy and calls rarely returned. Emails have also been ignored without a call to promt a response. It is apparent that they are understaffed or have taken on too many patients. They would benifit from having someone on reception to answer calls and emails. Not conviniently located, car park is very diffucult to manover, and it is on the main road which isn't ideal for accessing rush hour appointments (and they are not open late which is inconvinient for working hours). Overall we are really unhappy with the service we've recieced here and have switched vets.
