My 98 year old father moved to Bamford Grange just over two weeks ago when the care home he was in could no longer meet his needs. The staff at Bamford Grange made the move as stress free as possible, they were so helpful, special thanks to Donna and Peter. Father has settled in really quickly and tells me that he is comfortable and happy. All the staff are kind and understanding, the standard of care is excellent. The home is warm, clean and comfortable, the bedrooms are a good size and well furnished. Peter put my fathers treasured pictures up so that when he arrived it felt like home. I have joined my father for several meals and they have all been well cooked and tasty, today was Easter Sunday roast followed by hot cross buns. All the residents received an Easter egg and an Easter egg hunt had been organised. Brilliant! I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Bamford Grange, I can relax knowing that my father is being well looked after. A big 'thank you' to all the staff.

This place is not what it says on the tin I have visited a a family member her on several occasions am pretty disgusted the way the residents are treated in my view bad management problems with the night staff thay come across as if thay haven't been trained in a careing manner. I hope that I don't have to see my relative in more distress anymore I wasn't going to give this place a 1 star only due so I could make a review on this matter. Over all I don't plane the staff it is run by poor mangament the food is not up to good but thay soon take money also I wouldn't recommend Bamford Grange to anyone who is thinking of butting there relative in the hands of this place.
