The most unprofessional shop I've ever been to. I needed to repair the screen on my phone. They didn't have the model in (totally understandable), so they ordered and told me I would have it in a week. They would send me an email to tell me to bring the phone because the screen arrived. After a week, I had received nothing. So I wrote to them asking if the screen has arrived. I got no answer. After another week (and three emails that went without a reply), I went in again and they told me that the screen was there, I could leave the phone and have it ready in one hour. I went back two hours later, and they told me it was not ready, because the screen was a white model while my previous was a black one, so they weren't sure I was okay with it. However, they sent me no email about it, they just waited for me to come back in person. Apparently, they thought I had nothing better to do in my days than go back and forth to their shop. Who needs to work? Anyway, I said I had no problem with the white screen. I've been told to wait another half an hour. I did it. I went back, and they told me that apparently, the screen was the wrong model, they had to reorder it and it would not arrive before three weeks. Since I'm not staying that long in Stockholm and having seen the unbelievable lack of professionality, I said I wanted my phone and my money back, and they gave me. In all of this, there was not a single apology nor a sign of acknowledgement for all the discomfort they created me. Absolutely unrecommended.

Took a phone there to get fixed. Was charged over 100USD for their “premium” glass. Phone had issues within 1 day and only got worse over the course of 2 weeks.

They fool people selling so-called original iPhone 7 screen but you can see huge colour difference comparing to brand new iPhone 7: red becomes orange. They saw the difference themselves after changing back to broken screen, but kept claiming that their original screens are really original.
