Worst looking Christmas tree I’ve ever seen. Staff was unhelpful in choosing a tree and the trees are way overpriced. When we unpacked the tree at home and opened it up, it just looked like complete garbage. We’re not difficult, but this tree is just unacceptable for almost 100. For 40 at Home Depot in Miami, you got amazing looking trees. We really thought these trees would be amazing since they’re grown here. I spoke with the owners and they were extremely rude, raised their voice and said there was no refunds. I said I wasn't looking for money, I just wanted a nice looking tree. The owner basically said it's my fault because I was the one that picked the tree. I explained that I had asked for the nicest tree they had, but the co-owner helping us said he was a carpenter and didn't know anything about trees. The owner even said that people come there all the time looking for ugly Christmas trees. This place is a complete joke.
I've been using these guys for years, my tree has had a tradition amongst my family as being the best, II usually get the Fasier Fur which is shipped in for sale. First the staff this year were all young kids with little to no knowledge on the tree other than their location. The selection this year for the 73 or 78 I paid was not at all worth it. When I got it home, I did the routine prep and placement and within a week, the tree just seemed weak and droopy. I've been doing this for years so I know a few tricks. I'm literally considering throwing out the tree this year and getting another elsewhere if I cant fix the problem by the end of this week.
